Purpose
DarekDZ is a platform connecting property sellers and renters with seekers. DarekDZ is not a real estate agency and does not participate in transactions. In accordance with Law No. 18-05 on electronic commerce, Article 10.
Registration
A valid email address is required for registration. A phone number is required to publish listings. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
Listings
Listings must describe real properties. Prohibited: false information, discriminatory content, duplicate listings, and illegal properties. DarekDZ may remove or reject any listing without prior notice.
Content Ownership
Users retain ownership of their listing content but grant DarekDZ a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.
Limitation of Liability
DarekDZ does not verify property titles, prices, or legal status. Users transact at their own risk. DarekDZ is not liable for losses resulting from transactions between users.
Termination
DarekDZ may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Dispute Resolution
In case of dispute, amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts of Algiers (Tribunal d'Alger) shall have jurisdiction under Algerian law.
Changes
DarekDZ reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
